Awesome Watch April 8, 2010 J. Gerstorff (Kentucky) I paid $[...] bucks for this watch on Amazon, which is unbelievable. I'm not a big watch snob at all, but i know what I like. I wear this watch everyday to work and when i go out. I think it complements any business casual attire as well as more formal clothing. It looks very impressive with the chronograph and diamonds.
I will caution that if you like bigger watches, this one may be too small for you. It has a pretty thin profile compared to a lot of watches i see these days.
Seiko Le Grand Sport Watch February 11, 2010 Robert S. Johnson (Wi. USA) I found the watch to be of the highest quality. The service was prompt and the price was a true value. I would highly recommend the product as well as the seller.
It doesn't work & Imperial don't respond. February 1, 2010 Christopher Mills (Mornington Australia) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Lovely looking watch that stops every night.
I contacted Imperial with a request for information and have not received a response from them. Now l have a watch that doesn't work, and a retailer on the other side of the world who didn't fill in the guarantee form.
This type of retailer mucks up the whole system.
Don't do it.

Beautiful watch January 17, 2010 J. Enriquez (miami beach, FL, US) This watch is gorgeous! I bought this watch for my husband and I wasn't sure about buying a watch online, but when i received it i was really happy with it. My husband loves it and can't believed it only cost me 115.00, its a beautiful watch.
Great Value January 16, 2010 Sven Looks:
This watch is stunning in real life and the level of detail is impressive for the price point. Pictures really do not do it justice. The diamonds are a nice touch and the components appear to be machined/produced with very good precision.
Features:
a) Sapphire crystal
b) Chronograph (29 jewels, 208 parts)
c) Cabochon Crown
d) Seiko Quality
e) Exquisite Finish
Cost:
It has an MSRP of $525, which it is worthy of. At the current selling price, less than $120, it is worth every penny. With this watch, I don't see the need to spend $1000+ on a watch. You get the features of high end watches, but without the costly price tag. This offers a majority of the features at a fraction of the cost. Yes, it lacks the Omega name, but Seiko is respected as well. And based on Seiko's reputation I expect it to last years.
Downsides:
The only mildly disappointing aspect is the water resistance, only 50 meters. But 50m is sufficient for most daily activities. For a majority of users, this will not be a drawback at all.
Overall:
I am surprised this watch is not more popular in its price point. It is a part of Le Grand Sport family, with other watches such as Le Grand Sport Dual Flyback SPC043 selling for $200+ (MSRP $535). I think this watch would be very deserving of a $220 price tag at retailers. Overall, the SRL001 is a great value and I recommend it.
